FAQ’s:

  • How long will a gift voucher be valid for?
    • we give all our gift vouchers a 6-month expiry date. We open up our books for hire over a year in advance so just book before the end of the 6-month period for any date in the future.
  • When will I receive the voucher?
    • We post out twice a week but given royal mail strikes we advise that you order asap.
  • Can you post direct to someone else?
    • Of course, just drop us an email/add a note to your order and we’ll send direct for you  – do let us know what message you’d like to include (well how else would they know who it’s from!).
