Millie’s Pet Services Shortlisted in National Awards! Eeek!
We’re super excited to announce that we’ve been named a finalist for the Federation of Small Businesses’(FSB) Celebrating Small Business Awards 2019.
Millie’s Pet Services has been shortlisted in the Start Up of the Year Business of the Year category, having opened in September 2017. We will join 47 other businesses in the Scotland Area finals taking place in Edinburgh’s Playfair Library on February 21st to celebrate small business contribution to the Scottish economy and communities.

Being named as an #FSBAwards finalist, reflects the amazing work by our dog groomers Shirley and Vanessa but also the fantastic support we’ve had from other Carnoustie businesses and our customers.
We’re extremely lucky to have had the opportunity to collaborate with other Angus based businesses and initiatives such as Dog-Friendly Angus and looking forward to celebrating with the other finalsits later this month.”
Bill Bowman, MSP for North East Scotland region, who lodged a motion at Scottish Parliament congratulating Millie’s Pet Services said “Fantastic to see local businesses in the north east doing well. I wish Millie’s all the best of luck at the finals and in the future”.
The winners of each category in the Scotland Finals will go through to the UK Final in London on 23rd May at Battersea Evolution. Hosted by Meera Syal, the UK category winners and FSB Business of the Year 2019 will be announced.
